With nearly three decades of experience as a consultant, facilitator and coach, she has worked with organizations across industries to align teams and unlock their potential.
Susan’s career began in journalism and publishing, where her natural curiosity and love of asking questions took root. That curiosity eventually led her to pursue a master’s degree in counseling, advanced training in executive coaching and nearly 30 years running her own consulting practice. Along the way, she developed her leadership framework, Leading With Humanity, which emphasizes self-awareness, trust and accountability.
